Black Mamba
1 1/2 – 2 cups of spinach or lettuce ( I don’t use kale with this recipe but you could give it a try)
2 ripe bananas (not frozen)
2 pitted dates
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tablespoons of dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips OR 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder with an added 1/8 teaspoon sweet leaf stevia powder
1 tablespoon flax seed (optional)
6-8 oz of unsweetened coconut milk (start with 4 and add more as needed)
Layer in your Vitamix or blender by order of ingredients. Blend until smooth.
